In order to identify collaborative projects, SEKRIS is inviting applications from Investigators conducting research in the area of transplantation immunology with a focus on DNA vaccines, including GAD- and BAX-based constructs, and their effects on inflammatory alloimmunity and allograft rejection.

The typical collaborative project lasts up to two years, with the second year conditional on the progress and results during the first year.

In addition to the funding, investigators will also have access to resources and specific expertise at SEKRIS.

The proposals should include a background section and a detailed experimental plan with references should not exceed 12 pages.

Proposals should be submitted to Dr. Shahrokh Shabahang via our contact form no later than January 30, 2017.

Budgets in the amount of up to $200,000 should be submitted, including up to 15% indirect costs.
